Our Made to Order jewellery is 100% made with Zoë’s own two hands in her sacred studio space in Sydney, through ethical and sustainable fine jewellery practices. 

Zoë Alexandria Handmade Practices

Our Made to Order range is created using a process called Sand Casting or Delft Clay casting. It involves creating an individual mould for each piece, melting down fine metal until it is molten and then hand pouring the metal into that mould where the gemstones have been carefully placed. Once the ring, earring or pendant mould has been cast in recycled silver or gold, it is filed back and polished up, ready for you to wear. This entire process is completed in Zoë's studio on Dharawal country.

Due to the nature of this process, the gem colour, stone placement, surface texture and finish of each piece will be completely unique. That’s the beauty of buying made to order, handmade jewellery!

The Journey

From the moment you place your order with Zoë Alexandria Jewellery, you can trust that your new jewellery piece will be lovingly handcrafted with purpose and intent. It takes time for each item to be created especially for you (good things come to those who wait, remember?) and this is why we anticipate a timeframe of up to three weeks before carefully packaging and shipping your coveted handmade jewellery.
