Production

If your product is from our Made To Order range, please allow up to three weeks for it to be lovingly handcrafted before it is carefully packaged and shipped to you. Ready to Ship items are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days. If you are unsure if an item is in stock, please contact us. 

We endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If you have concerns about your order not arriving in time, please get in touch as we can discuss the option of a rush service. Rush services will incur an additional charge.

Please note that production times are an approximate guide and are subject to change or delay.

Delivery 

Shipping within Australia is free (for purchases over $100) and we deliver via Australia Post Parcel Post which takes 2-5 business days. You can purchase express shipping for an additional $15 which has a delivery time of 1-2 days. Alternatively, when you spend over $250, you automatically qualify for free express shipping.

International shipping costs $30 to most other countries and takes 10-20 business days via Australia Post.  Alternatively, when you spend over $250, you automatically quality for free international shipping. If you require a quicker shipping time for international purchases, please contact us for DHL express rates.

Each order is sent with tracking information, which you will be emailed once your order has been dispatched. Please note that delivery time frames are seperate to production times.

We choose to ship with Australia Post. The delivery of every parcel sent is recognised as carbon neutral as a result of the purchase of carbon offset credits to match the environmental impact.

Extra Cover

Whilst we trust that your order is in the safe hands of Australia Post, we can only offer compensation on any lost or damaged items whilst in transit, up the the value of $100. If you would like to take out Extra Cover on your order (up to $1100), then please check the appropriate box at checkout. Extra Cover will ensure that your order will be compensated if lost or damaged in transit. Use this table below for reference.
